The New Domestic

The sun is out, the birds are chirping, it's Thursday in South Pasadena and you know what that means...Farmer's Market time! But what oh what will I lovingly tote my legumes home in this week? Hopefully, a tote from The New Domestic!

The New Domestic recently launched their first line of totes big enough to handle a farmer's market haul.  I've been reading their blog for a little while, and am oh-so-pleased to be able to purchase a little piece of their point of view. 

The above photos are perfect examples of why The New Domestic caught my eye. Boating! Picnics! Wellies! Cableknit! Classic, but never stuffy, The New Domestic uses bright colors and snazzy patterns to jazz up every inch of life. The mastermind behind it all is Nerrisa, a Canadian design maven turned mommy who began blogging as a way to document her life in a new home her new tot named Luna. How cute is she?

The bags ring in at $36.00, well worth it for something functional made with love.
